DAVID SYou on line return process is annoying. Charging a convenience fee if you don’t fill on the on-line stuff is absurd. Trying to eliminate people from the process just doesn’t cut it. I also don’t need to be reminded to fill it up and return it to the place I picked it up. Perhaps your employees need that. As a customer I don’t. The woman who checked me in and gave me the van was personable and attentive. Your digital experience sucks
