Did not realize that the 10 foot trucks do NOT have a ramp so rented a dolly for nothing! Otherwise all went well. Friendly agent.

The enclosed trailer we had was leaking from the roof and the trailer had a very bad rattle while driving down the road. It’s needs maintenance.

JUAN BThis location is uninviting as the location is enclosed and doesn’t allow adequate space to drop off equipment after hours. I held onto to trailer longer than I wanted because the location was closed each time I attempted to drop off the trailer. The signs around the lot ask not to park or drive on the grass, there is literally no where to stage a trailer except in front of the gate after hours.
