Great people at the drop off location

Felix FI had a bad experience with the pick up and drop off location. I picked up the truck at 2:00pm for the place to close up at 5pm . No one told me that it close at 5pm. Also on my time it says that I have to 8 PM I get there and the gate was locked. It was no lockbox. This was a bad experience bad customer service on their end and I won’t never rent out a truck from that location.
Valencia CVery small operation here but convenient to our location in Florida. Better signage for where to go would help but that was only a minor thing. In and out fast. Thanks.
