Patrick WWill be writing a long review on uhauls website and telling people how unhelpful and just downright unfair the company is. Hit a blizzard and delayed ne 4 hrs pick up truck then the fwys to my destination were shut down on mon thru tues afternoon! I called UhAul n spoke to cs rep Bernie who had no empathy for my situation and offered no help. Basically i had to drive n get there and turn in the truck still on Weds so had to hire extra people and work till midnight aft arriving late aft on a tuesday cuz was delayed for a day to be able to pull this off! Just as a company you should be able to look at weather and maps to verify customer story and be willing to assist! Would not refer nor recommend anyone to use this company.
