Randy AI don’t know what’s going on with uhaul. But the last 3 reservations I’ve made I’ve gotten a call from corporate telling me the equipment I reserved is not available. Last one they just changed my reservation to a location 2.5 hours in the opposite direction from where in needed it. Then I called the place I made the reservation and lo and behold they had the equipment after all. Don’s rental was amazing uhaul in general will no longer be getting my business I will be using Penske from now on.
