Have a ramp and ties in the truck. It wasn't in this truck and that's why I rented the truck. I needed the ramp. I wasn't happy at all having to lift the washer and dryer into the back of the truck. I could have borrowed my friends truck, but I needed ramps.

Steven MI can't believe the lack of customer service in a situation where your vehicle ruined my items and the best you could come up with "we're the low man on the totem pole and there's nothing we can do for you" WOW! I guarantee they'll be nothing you'll be doing for me in the future either. I will never ever use Don rentals ever again or even spread a good word for that matter. What a joke!
