I don’t know what’s going on with uhaul. But the last 3 reservations I’ve made I’ve gotten a call from corporate telling me the equipment I reserved is not available. Last one they just changed my reservation to a location 2.5 hours in the opposite direction from where in needed it. Then I called the place I made the reservation and lo and behold they had the equipment after all. Don’s rental was amazing uhaul in general will no longer be getting my business I will be using Penske from now on.

Heidi DI don’t have a problem with the location but what I did have a problem with was being charged for 6.5 miles I was told I went over. I requested a truck for me to pick up in Scappoose Oregon but I had to pick it up in St. Helens which was approx. 7-8 miles from my storage unit in Scappoose. Then I agreed to return the truck to Marysville which is 45 minutes from my house and I agreed. I know I was compensated for returning the truck to Marysville but I think after agreeing to help out I wouldn’t get charged for just a few miles over which was probably caused from having to drive back to my storage unit because I couldn’t pick up in Scappooose. Thanks
