Le camion n’était pas déneigé et le service client a été pitoyable. Nous oblige à ramener le camion au même endroit quand j’aurais pu laissé le camion à Drummondville. Donc, plusieurs km pour rien.

RICARDO ALe camion n'avait plus de gaz, j'ai dû y aller immédiatement lorsque j'ai pris possession. L'entrée n'était aucunement déneigée. La voiture de mon amie est restée prises et nous avons dû pelleter. La sortie avec le camion était dangereuse dû au gros banc de neige. Je souhaite être remboursé pour le surplus d'essence que j'ai mis dans le camion puisque c'est pratiquement impossible de prévoir combien d'essence j'aurai besoin pour mon trajet (comparativement à faire le plein lorsque j'ai terminé avec le camion).
