SHARAUGHNA B.I did not use the truck, I returned it within a few hours when the movers didn't show up. I live .03 miles away and was charged for 4 miles when I literally drove home and back there only. Charged for cleaning when nothing was used or touched except for the lock when I returned the truck. Can't the use be also determined by the amount of gas? They were very friendly and had no other concerns. Uhual is a great company and I have enjoyed using your trucks in the past.
