They had given me a broken van, i clicked the pictures before pickup and uploaded them on the app. Dropped off in the evening before closing time, app didn't ask me any pictures and I wask skeptical about it. Went in to the store to handover the keys and told the guy at the front ( who had his feet on the counter btw) to take a look and he said it's alright. Next day I get a call saying the truck was damaged and tried to charge 607usd on my credit card. The document said investigation: No. Luckily I had a video footage of the truck from my apt camera and it clearly shows truck was already broken. Got lucky. It's a shady place with bunch of scamsters running it. My advise would be pick the truck at the other corporate location on kingshighway rather than this one.

JOSE MShattered bottom driver side mirror (very dangerous) as well as the arm on the mirror was broken. Had to drive with the window down holding the mirror in order to see traffic. Truck had a jammed rolling door in back (extremely difficult to close), dome light that wouldn't go off and rubber along driver side door detatched, making it hard to close the driver door.
