Very nice and polite
CORA SHorrible customer service it literally took me 45 minutes for them to give me my truck they were fixing cell phones waiting on other customers talking to each other talking on the phone going to the bathroom doing everything but assistant we were getting my truck upon my return it took 22 minutes to return the vehicle they are very rude I would never book here again

shawn LThe guy working at H&R LLC was great, but the additional fees on drop off were not made clear during the rental process and nearly doubled the cost of the rental before consideration of mileage. I will not be working with U-Haul again.
