Just poor service overall, picked up the truck and it was dirty. They were searching around for the equipment. Very unorganized. I was told to return the truck with the same amount of fuel, which I did. My truck was never checked back in until someone from customer service texted and asked if I still had the truck. After that I got an additional charge on my account for 25.00 cleaning fee and also for not putting gas back in to the truck. I went over by 5 miles more than I expected and had extra fee for that. This location is a joke, I walked the equipment back in, stood in line and asked if there was anything else I needed to do or if someone wanted to come out to look at the truck and the response was NO. First time renting a U-Haul and this may be my last.

WILLIAM SThey had given me a broken van, i clicked the pictures before pickup and uploaded them on the app. Dropped off in the evening before closing time, app didn't ask me any pictures and I wask skeptical about it. Went in to the store to handover the keys and told the guy at the front ( who had his feet on the counter btw) to take a look and he said it's alright. Next day I get a call saying the truck was damaged and tried to charge 607usd on my credit card. The document said investigation: No. Luckily I had a video footage of the truck from my apt camera and it clearly shows truck was already broken. Got lucky. It's a shady place with bunch of scamsters running it. My advise would be pick the truck at the other corporate location on kingshighway rather than this one.
