The time turned in was a few minutes before 9:00 AM, not 9:40 AM. The only good thing about a return here was that I didn’t have to go through the self return process. I wanted to make the return the previous evening, but the phone was not answered to verify that someone would be there.

I was handed the phone and talked to someone who took care of me remotely. They did a good job and all but it was a little weird. I had to read my credit card info over the phone in a gas station with potential people around.
Scott WWhen I picked up the trailer, one of the brake lights does not working. I set for over an hour waiting for somebody to come fix it. When they got there turned out the wire between the trailer and the LED brake light was unplugged behind the lens. The whole trip the straps kept slipping, and I had them on correctly and behind the bar it shows you to put them behind.
eric tNo one on duty during posted hours. Not locations problem but drove an hour each way four times going past numerous closer locations. Put us in a bind for time.
