Mayra MThe mobile app is not intuitive. I had problems getting a code to get in and once I did, it appears to only work once. This is not ideal if you test the code to make sure it works. Luckily I was able to reach someone locally that was able to give me a code. I was also charged four gallons of gas but only drove 13 miles. The person I spoke to locally was very helpful and was willing to drive out of his way to help (but thankfully didn't need to). Five stars for him.
David WDidn’t know how to get it when we got there, gate was closed and locked. Someone had to vibe let us in?
Amber RThe location and truck were fantastic! my only issue were glitches with the app that made it difficult to check in to my rental. I should have just done in person check-in, the staff were kind and friendly.
