The location and truck were fantastic! my only issue were glitches with the app that made it difficult to check in to my rental. I should have just done in person check-in, the staff were kind and friendly.

Nothing. The woman who checked me in and out was wonderful. Sometimes the app/website does not work for me so it was nice to have an actual person helping me!
Peggy WI wanted to return the rented truck late Saturday afternoon, but since the location was closed, we would need to use the u-haul app. Well guess what? Despite repeated attempts over two days, I could not get the app to install no my phone. It kept saying that a problem had occurred and in should try again later. An app that can’t be installed is pretty worthless.

Shelly SThe first truck they gave me overheated and caused severe delay in moving schedule. Second truck was fine. The area manager was very kind and went above and beyond to remedy the problem so I will give 5 stars to him. I believe Fred was his name. And phone conversations with front desk staff were good too. Location itself as a storage unit is fine but confusing as a truck rental location. Would have been nice to have been offered a discount on the cost of the rental with the breakdown.
