Difficult to enter. Have to be there during office hours and even with a person staffing it, it required multiple tries to communicate to open the gate. Subsequently, couldn't walk out (leave) without someone at the office to open the gate. They were not there after entering requiring multiple calls to connect with someone who was able to give a code to open the gate such that I could leave, wasting time and frustrating.
