Juan MRemote access check in, indicated I needed to go inside the building to pick up the key. Building was locked and unstaffed. Cost me in time and moving help to wait for someone to arrive (40+ minutes).
michelle h24/7 pickup option was quick and easy. The only issue I had was the return option in the App. I was notified via email and text the following morning that the App didn’t register that the vehicle was dropped off. I was worried because I didn’t take additional photos of the drop off as a precaution but there was a quick resolution with no further issues in the end. I’ll definitely rent from this location again because of the convenience.
