Arrived at 11am and the doors were locked and was never given a code to access the keys. Called the location and they said someone would be there in 10 mins. Had to contact uhaul customer support after waiting over 30 mins for nobody to show up. Customer support had to contact the location so that we were able to get the code to get the keys.

Juan MRemote access check in, indicated I needed to go inside the building to pick up the key. Building was locked and unstaffed. Cost me in time and moving help to wait for someone to arrive (40+ minutes).
