It’s frustrating that I made a pick up appointment 5 minutes from our house to be told we would save a ton of money if we do the random location pick up and have the first 30 miles covered. Doesn’t help when the location to pick up was 23 miles from us, therefore it not being worth it. We let the representative know where we were moving from and to, and were told one thing and what I raised concerns about happened even though I was told it was unlikely. Very frustrated with the situation and it made moving more chaotic.

Inside cab had garbage in it. I want to call out the person that answered the phone and helped me with this rental at Superior. She was awesome and made my pickup so easy, and she fixed my one way rental time . Great job !! Thank you so much
Thomas KWould of been nicer if I could have talked to a person face to face vs by phone. Having reserved a truck 3 weeks ahead of time, was disappointed that I couldn't get the blankets I initially ordered unless I wanted to drive to another location hgor pick up.. My original pick up was already ch a nged to St Michal and I wasn't about to go chasing around to an even further location. This is not fully the fault of the location.. One last thing, when I finalized pick up they had my return location as Otsego and nit Dilworth. My copy of contract has the correct drop off location. The lady was very polite over the phone and corrected it, but why was it changed?

Michelle SThe reservation instructions for picking up with the app should mention you cannot log in or see your reservation until you are on site. A confirmation email of the reservation would be helpful as well.
