Shocked to be charged $20 additional mileage. It was not clear I was limited to 96 miles which was barely the distance between the two U-Haul locations. Besides that I picked up the truck 1/2 full and left it 3/4 full having to estimate gas mileage. The truck should have been full when I received it which would make it easier to pay only for the gas I used. I guess that is part of the racket. Very disappointed in your business practices.
