In person staff was great! No notes. The app just did not want to work. Every time I would try and upload photos or enter in information, the page would refresh and the app would say I have no reservations now. The taking pictures to show off the van was also a hassle after I switched over to my browser, as it would take 5 minutes to upload before saying "there's been an error!". If you can be more clear about what you want in the picture so it uploads easier.

The location for pick up did a good job. The Uhaul companies booking website gets ZERO stars. What a nightmare!
