Remote drop off. No personal was at the location
Mathew FThe back of the truck was dirty up on pick up. The Mobile check-in process was not user-friendly with the LA Wallet digital drivers license. The customer service response time was extremely long and it took us 45 minutes to pick up our truck with the mobile check in.
