Their was some issues the first location didn’t have the truck onsite at pickup time he said system was down. Had to call customer service for help was transferred 3 times then she gave me this location. When I got there system was down had to manually put in my information. He was very nice and accommodating. When I was at this location I was receiving text from some other person/location a bit confused why but it worked out.
