The location is made the reservation at was different from where I picked up the truck. I had reserved 2 dollies as well, they were not available when I picked them up. Was told I could check "other uhaul locations" to see if the dollies were available. I went to another location and clerk did not know what to do or how to bill me for rental of dollie. Not a positive experience overall.
