After renting the truck, dolly and moving blankets, we were told everything was all set with the blankets and dolly in the truck. After arriving at the move site we discovered that the dolly had broken welds that allowed the frame to rattle during use. Then we discovered that we only had five moving blankets instead of the six noted on the rental papers.

I had to drive 50 miles to pick up the truck. I had asked to pick it up 5 miles from my house. At 9 miles per gallon, it cost me 2 hours of my time and almost $30 in gas!
Greg PInitial check out of the trailer was a little lengthy, but overall a great experience. I have always had an exceptional experience at this location, but I do miss the gentleman I regularly deal with, as he was exceptional!
