Trailer had been backed into a wooded area off the pavement, so the rear was covered with dead leaves that fell into the trailer when it was opened. I personally would not have minded, but from past experience I know U-Haul would have charged me a cleaning fee if I had left them in the trailer when I returned it. Also, it was obvious that the rental blankets had been stored next to a chain smoker's ash tray, so they smelled so strongly of smoke that we could not put them in our car and any textiles (chairs etc) that we wrapped them on had to be aired out before coming into the house.

Two gentlemen came out of a vehicle parked in the back but the owner was super nice. But the other guys seemed shady at first but ended up being nice as well.

The truck was not inspected properly. The truck was rented to me with a large triangle hole in the passenger side outer tire. We did not find this until the truck was loaded and ready to head down the interstate. I was also forced to pay for a 20ft. truck when I reserved a 15' truck! The manager told me I had to pay the same price! I would like someone to contact me so we can talk about a discount for being issued a NON-SAFE truck! The facility that rented this truck to me needs a serious overhaul! Very sketchy and disappointing!

The inside light would not turn off. I moved at night and it made it difficult to drive with inside light on. Returned truck after using from 330pm to 10pm. Called the next morning to let him know about inside light and he said oh someone else said something about that. It must be a sensor. The man was very nice and explained everything when I picked truck up. Location was kinda sketchy at night as I was not familiar with location and probably was not a good choice for me. Very disappointed in overall experience.

had to leave this comment I rented the 26 foot truck and forgot to release the brake I thought it was the truck I gave the guy a hard time but he was really cool he came all the way to my house to let the hand brake off thanks bro

Went to Bendix Drive to pick up truck at 10:30. Was 11 am before we got to new location since someone didn't drop it on time. Then another 30 minutes wait for paperwork. Both pick up places had friendly helpful people.

Owner was extremely unprofessional. When we went to return the truck we waited for 30 minutes on the owner to arrive. Finally we left the key with another employee and left. We will not use this location in the future.

man these guys are cool I locked my key in my car and they helped me get in they helped me for over an hour also my phone died so they let me sit in the office and use the computer so my son wouldn't cry they are not the stuck up corporate type need more dealers like this

We were told by UHaul to return the trailer to Bottom Dollar and given their new location. Once we found the new location it was hard to find someone who was actually working the UHaul section (it was also a car wash). There were 2 old gentlemen in their "so called" office sorting through boxes. We told them we were here to drop off a trailer. The older of the two decided he'd come out and help us. He looked around and finally decided where we had parked it was good enough. We asked him for a receipt showing we had dropped it off and he told us he didn't have a computer and that they had just moved to this location but weren't really set up yet. We showed concern so he took a piece of paper and wrote down our name, address, phone & email. With that, we were still uneasy so I took a picture of our trailer parked and called the UHaul number to let someone else know we had returned the trailer on 7/1/17 at approximately 12:43 p.m. to Bottom Dollar. The UHaul phone person wasn't much more help but she finally told me she would make note of the return on our file. On Sunday, my husband was still uneasy about not knowing if the return ever got put in the system so he called the UHaul number. That person said they don't normally do receipts but would send us something in an email. Come to find out it was a screen shot of her computer saying we had returned it. On Monday, we finally received and email confirmation showing we returned the trailer; however, it said we returned it on 7/2/17 at 10:43 am - which was incorrect but within our 2 day time frame. Hopefully it will be awhile before we have to use UHaul again but I would hope that it will be a better experience next time.

Have the truck that was promised to me in the same town I requested it in. I had to drive an hour away to get a 10' truck. I find it hard to believe that a national company as big as Uhaul didn't have a truck in the 3 largest cities in North Carolina.

Really not in a good neighborhood. There are a lot of "undesirables" that frequent this area and a lot of drug activity. I work close to this location is why I know about the area. I chose another location, but this is where you sent me.
