You rented me an unsafe car hauler. We had a tire blow out and it took 2 hours before help arrived. We were stuck in the side of the freeway with little to no shoulder. It’s lucky no one was hurt and my wife’s Lexus was not damaged. I am certain the tires were not properly maintained or inspected. And then you guys have to audacity to charge me for the rental.
