I had a hard time getting the app to work and no one was on site. However I called the number and Brad was very helpful and patient and quickly got me on my way!

I come not find the Dropbox. If there is a drop box it is not in a place one can find it.
BRAD AWhen I got there to pick up the truck, the lock to the back door was open. I thought that it was because who used it last forgot it open, but when i dropped it off, I understood why. The metal lock is too small to fit in the holes. I’m calling the company tomorrow to let them know. There’s no way, it was impossible to lock the metal lock.
