I was quite frustrated with the fact that I reserved a 15 foot truck several weeks in advance, and the week we were to pick it up I got a call that none were available. Could we upgrade to a 20 foot at the same price? I feel like it cost more in fuel and why reserve if you can’t get what you need??

Bailey AWhen booking online, I chose to have someone help me at the location because I didn’t have the app and was only picking up the truck for a short time. When I arrived there was no one on site and finally a gentleman appeared who was unable to help me and insisted I had to use the app. The app would not let me through. Eventually the gentleman got someone on the phone who could help me and he checked me in remotely and after that things went smoothly. It was just a frustrating start.
