The experience was not pleasant. It was a tedious and time-consuming process on my phone trying to pick up and return the u-haul truck. It was a mistake to make a reservation at an unmanned location. Also, customer service skills over the phone were below average. I will likely not be renting from this location again. Thank you.

Jeremy WThe guy there is weirdo. I got the vibe that he probably doesn't like different skinned people. Plus somehow he is after getting at least some money from you in some way. So you have to be careful. I bought a small table and chair as a used furniture from him when I rented the van. Found out the chair does not work well so returned it the next day when I returned the van. He charged 20% as a refund fee for the chair... lol. We just thought it best to pay and get out of there. Would not rent from him again in SLC.
Unmesh LWe made the mistake of trying another van rental company and cancelled our order and went right back to uhaul. The service, cleanliness and condition of trucks, and overall value can’t be beat.
