Was charged a cleaning fee when Uhaul was dirty when we got it.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe truck was dirty. Food on the dash, sticky substances all over the cupholders/ interior. Floor mats had dirt all over them. The cargo area had a spilled sticky liquid all over that I had to clean up. I was not impressed by the cleanliness of the vehicle.
Trevor WOwner Brad provided great customer care. He answered all my questions and during my second rental in one week, I called him on the weekend and he walked me through how to access the keys when I misunderstood the U-Haul directions. Nice guy and great location if you need a moving van in the downtown area.
Patricia GPick up and drop off were seamless. Adding a driver was very easy. Would rent from them again.
Stacy PThe experience was not pleasant. It was a tedious and time-consuming process on my phone trying to pick up and return the u-haul truck. It was a mistake to make a reservation at an unmanned location. Also, customer service skills over the phone were below average. I will likely not be renting from this location again. Thank you.
