The truck I received from the dealer was grimy on the outside, with bug splatters everywhere, including the windshield. The tank was also only halfway full. This makes it difficult on the driver to gauge when refilling the tank before returning the vehicle. I must have gone at least $20 over the mark when refilling. Handing over a vehicle with a full tank would make life much easier and a no-brainer for the customer.
