Dropping off on Sunday when the location was closed could have been a disaster if I didn’t have trailer driving experience. The parking lot was completely full of U-Haul trucks, trailers and random cars. There was only one tiny spot left that I was able to back into but someone else could have had a lot of trouble and possibly would have to keep the trailer longer? Otherwise the experience was fine and the gentleman working the counter on Saturday was lovely.
