Improve the app. It forced me to buy the 30 extra service i didnt want and it was a pain in the ass to use thr pickup process. Some poor soul called my fiance to verify, i get security and all but it makes me want to aboid using the app or pickup service again. The lady who called was super calm and proffesional, i cant remember her name.

homeless were allowed to sleep in the units between rentals and the office person asked if we wanted it swept out before we took it!!!
JOHN HVery friendly staff, who were incredibly helpful and kind. A gentleman unhooked the trailer, another person did inspections of condition. I let them know about the slow leak in tire. Easy in and out.
LYNN MCompletely dissatisfied with the location and customer service personnel's attitude and communication when dropping off my rental. There was no where to drop the truck off and was over charged for an extra day, as they told me they would return it "when they had time" and it took them several hours to return and charged me the extra day. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
