Completely dissatisfied with the location and customer service personnel's attitude and communication when dropping off my rental. There was no where to drop the truck off and was over charged for an extra day, as they told me they would return it "when they had time" and it took them several hours to return and charged me the extra day. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

LARRY MOne way rental of 20’ moving van for 1000 mile move. The vehicle ran strong, was clean, good tires, no issues. No trouble keeping with flow of traffic, even in Utah. Averaged 14mpg. I would rent from U-Haul again- this was a good experience.

RUIJIE ZStaff/manager was GREAT! However, location seems to often require the use of the phone app, which is hardly intuitive and more complicated than it should be.
