One way rental of 20’ moving van for 1000 mile move. The vehicle ran strong, was clean, good tires, no issues. No trouble keeping with flow of traffic, even in Utah. Averaged 14mpg. I would rent from U-Haul again- this was a good experience.

RUIJIE ZStaff/manager was GREAT! However, location seems to often require the use of the phone app, which is hardly intuitive and more complicated than it should be.
Jared NMy reservation included an appliance dolly, but because the location wasn't open yet (even though the system allowed me to reserve a truck for that specific time) the dolly wasn't available. I had to scramble last minute to try to find a dolly elsewhere to finish my move. If the extra items in a rental reservation cannot be accommodated at a specific time I should either be notified or not able to add them to the reservation in the first place.
