The number on the order was rude and charged me a $20 fee for a return outside of business hours. How can that be right when it's a 24 hr drop off? Very unsatisfied with the drop off!

Got charged for the furniture pads when they were all returned
RACHEL MThey also provided a lock for the back. Nice touch! I was not planning to use one, but ended doing so. The staff is friendly and courteous. i would use this place again. They also do provide fenced-in parking if using a rental for overnight. Yeah, these guys are great.
