The location was dirty, smelly hasr to park the truck and the waiting time to dropped was too much, the person has to attend the gas station, the market and the uhaul everything in the same time

I was charged for two days, I only rented the vehicle for 13 hours and return it the same day within the time zone and they charge me for a whole new day. Also went up to the location and they never did reimburse me. They charged me anyway for a day I didn’t use. I might get some legal help with this matter since I just checked my bank account was charged for that extra day that I never used. I still have all my evidence in my original contract and the pictures that I took the time of the vehicle was returned with mileage and gas.
