I was not checked out properly so the contract before I rented was never closed so I was charged for the additional miles 60+ more than i drove it as well as the low gas that I left it with more than when I go it. When I picked it up, it had 51 miles left in the tank

Have a choice of truck size and matching information. When I did the rental on line, I got confirmation for a different truck number than what was available at the location; very frustrating

Robert VPickup process felt unorganized. The employee had to call someone before releasing the key, and communication was unclear. I was initially told I couldn’t leave my car, and the response came across with an attitude. Shortly after, I was told I could park where I picked up the truck, which was confusing. Improving communication, consistency, and customer service at pickup would make the experience much smoother.
