The employee who worked on the morning of my reservation was very rude and threatened to cancel my rental even though I had an alternate driver who was with me to take over. He had also removed me from contract in the middle of the pickup process and before he had any contact with us. The employee who was there to close out our contract when we dropped off the rental however was very friendly and made the process easy.
