JESSE SThe self check in requires 2 references to answer a call immediately and it causes problems with check in. In office doesn't require the same. Stupid!!
Desiree MWe reserved online a truck and an appliance dolly. On the day of pick up the front desk told us “we have no dollies; we have had any in a very long time.†He didn't charge us but failed to customer courtesy call us prior to pick up day to let us know that there were no dollies at this location; nor did he make the effort to call.another U-Haul to see if they had any. Be prepared if you use this place, to have your own dolly. We were blessed to have a good neighbor who let us borrow his.
DANIEL FOnix deserves a raise or a promotion. He was exceptionally professional, courteous, and made the trailer rental process seamless. Thanks to his outstanding service, this is the only place I'll be renting U-Haul equipment from moving forward.
