Kandice MCheck-in was great, however, check-out not so much. The Manager told me he was not able to assist with check-out. I had no idea how to check-out. It took some time to get everything situated. This only happened after I contacted customer service. The gentleman at this location told me he had no idea how to check-out. I found it all puzzling because he originally stated the link I initially received to check-in would also be used to check-out - It did not work. I received a “not my problem” look from this gentleman, which was very disheartening. I will not be returning to this location, nor will I recommend.
