Check in was tedious due to companies' computer issues. Waited and had to do re=check in. Location not the easiest to find and drive to-due to construction.
RITA TSo not sure why I was charged a $20 after hours fee as I didn’t even deal with anyone at the location. The truck was returned on time and with less miles then what I said I would drive and yet my bill was higher then when I did the reservation.. totally unsatisfied with this whole transaction. I’m not sure if it is based on this particular location or U-Haul as a whole would not rent from this location again
GABRIEL ZVery hard to get in and out if with large truck. There was broken glass all in the inside passenger side and I didnt’t notice it at forst but it was also in the creases on the passenger seat. When I leaned over to lock that door my right elbow reated in the seat. I didnt feel it at first but then felt something dripping on my leg and when i turned the light on I had blood running down my arm. The small pieces of glass on the seat had cut me in 2 different places on my elbow. God knows what that glass was from or what was on it. Also broken glass along the drivers side step where you step up into the truck. Parking lot where truck was parked was also covered in glass
