It was easy pick up and drop of.
GOKHAN DThe check in process was not easy. It took me 50 minutes to obtain the key. The AC in the truck stopped working after 10 minutes and had to drive 3.5 hours with no AC. I asked for a dolly and did not receive one. This was one of the worst experiences i’ve had with U-Haul, specifically this location.
TAYLOR GI was told the gas was not where it should have been well I took pictures of before and after the on the gas and now im having to contact uhaul about this mess.
Nicholas SCouldn't get personnel to answer phone accidently left uhaul key in mailbox instead of uhaul box cuz it was pitch black outside. Called during business hours several times no answer.
