They messed up my check in when I was done renting the equipment and now I keep getting harassed saying never checked in and also that 40 extra miles magically appeared on my rental and I owe that now plus a late fee all because they fucked up my check in and I’m assuming let someone else use the vehicle under my name I refuse to pay that and the late fees. This has been a horrible experience.

Subject; Not the Best Experience Trouble returning U-Haul Truck The location was close (hours listed open) and no customer service or directions. Online app was not properly working, and repeating same steps inside the U-Haul App. Until it finally start to work for the equipment to be return through U-Haul through online system.
