no one was there and they didn't answer the phone
ROBERT BI was given the run around by two previous UHaul locations even after I made the reservation 6 weeks in advance. I ended up being sent to three different locations before I finally got the Car Hauler. Unacceptable service by UHaul for not taking care of me for not having the car hauler at my original reserved location. This will reflect on all future rentals with you.
Adam GThe Young Man at this store was extremely nice and friendly, reminded me why I wanted to come back home to San Antonio. I had to back the trailer into the spot he needed it and he offered to do it for me before I started but let me give it a try and was patient. I did it pretty quick but I am sure he would have done it much faster and I got to impress the wife. We need to find a the nearest Walmart and he made sure I knew how to get there. Awesome hospitality. Great location as I will need their service in the future. I have been using U-Haul’s services for many years now after a 31 year career in the Navy 18 PCS moves and 10 Local here in the US and I depend on them. Thank You!
