U-Haul parked in odd situation. Had to reverse it out of weird situation and found beer bottle in cabin that could’ve been blamed on me if I didnt find it and remove it.

Sonia RThere was broken glass mirror inside the truck. I was over charged some hours. I have a timestamp picture of when I dropped off key in lock box also we definitely didn’t drive it past the 10 miles I estimated and still got over charged. My home and storage place are less than 2miles away.
noemi dI felt very uncomfortable, like the owners were trying to find ways to overcharge me. For example, I didn't order the coverage. But, they took forever to print out my invoice, then when I reviewed it and told them that I did not order the coverage, they made a big face. At that point, I became nervous that they would try and charge me for damage that I hadn't incurred. Overall, not a good experience.
