Honestly I would like to see about getting a call back in regards to the customer service at this location and the duration of time that it literally took for your assistant chat to help me find the vehicle that I was supposed to get that was not on site and then get into a different vehicle to even start my move because it literally made me hold out the duration of the time that I had allotted until like 6:45 in the morning and the next day my husband had to go to work and ended up falling asleep I'm trying to drive home from work because of the fact that it took so long to get started. The initial reservation I booked I was sent an email that changed it to a mobile pick up but then on arrival at that location I was not allowed to even get the keys for that vehicle then I had to switch to a different location that didn't even have the vehicle I was supposed to pick up and then the third vehicle was obviously the bigger one at no charge but two and a half hours later from my second reservation and four and a half hours later than my first reservation which like I said I really would like some form of a discount off of my remaining bill because it put me on my family back and for safety the next day at risk. I literally normally don't complain but this was really my first U-Haul experience I should have been carefree quick simple and easy because it literally doesn't take rocket science be able to just pull up to one of your to go sites and you know pick up a vehicle in 5 minutes but for some reason that's not how my experience went at all. If I do not hear something from somebody within approximately 3 business days I will probably end up contacting via email or phone your corporate office in regards to this matter. Thank you in advance for anybody that does return my request for final charge fluctuation and discount or even a future date redeemable incentive or code would be nicely received as well.

The only thing was I had a huge truck and there didn’t seem to be much space for it, so I felt bad for leaving it!
LILI BThe drop off location in San Antonio was dirty and no attendant came to assist me with the drop off when the sign posted clearly instructed me to stay in the vehicle until they came out. I waited for 30 mins and nobody came out. I ended up just placing the keys in the drop box and leaving. Didn't know what else to do?
sean yRun down used car lot with lots of junk and damaged cars and really no where to park upon return. I managed to squeeze it into a spot on the grass next to a residential dwelling. It was early evening when I returned the Uhaul and there was no one around hence the No on the "Were the personnel helpful?" question.
