It was really hard to find a parking spot at that location, but the person over there helped there was no signs no parking spots. As a new customer, I was really disappointed by U-Haul.

I felt very afraid in this neighborhood. No parking. I left the truck on the shoulder of a road. I could not get out of there fast enough. Plus—why was I made to drop off 17 miles from my address? Not my problem to meet scheduling needs for UHaul. There was no personnel, but I cannot submit not applicable—so no.
