The drop off location in San Antonio was dirty and no attendant came to assist me with the drop off when the sign posted clearly instructed me to stay in the vehicle until they came out. I waited for 30 mins and nobody came out. I ended up just placing the keys in the drop box and leaving. Didn't know what else to do?
sean yRun down used car lot with lots of junk and damaged cars and really no where to park upon return. I managed to squeeze it into a spot on the grass next to a residential dwelling. It was early evening when I returned the Uhaul and there was no one around hence the No on the "Were the personnel helpful?" question.
