I was told I had 24/7 access. But they didn’t open until nine. I was told I would get a refund since I did not use the truck, but instead was charged the full amount plus more. I will never use a truck from this place again.
BRENT WThis was the 4th Uhual location I had in 2 days and 3rd on my day of pickup. I was sent on a wild goose chase for the truck I scheduled for rent. I was told to go to a location that did not have the truck and finally sent to another location that did. I scheduled movers through Uhual for my move day. I lost an hour and 20 minutes because I was tracking down a truck. I would like to be refunded for the time I lost with the movers and the inconvenience.
