The truck had a torn wiper blade. The other wiper wasn't much better. It was dirty like most of the trucks I rent from Uhaul are. I usually spend a half and hour cleaning the inside and the windshield etc. Also, I rented a 10' truck about a month ago and it had a bad headlight.

The instrument light on the dashboard for the tire pressure was on, I mentioned it to the clerk that it would be taken care of...however, if that is the case, why was it on when I rented it? Was it not mentioned prior to my renting the truck? Isn't this something that should had been caught prior to? Please confirm

You need to make sure that if people are trying to check back online that you're sight is up and ready. Due to your app not working my daughter had to call your offices on Sunday and Monday and finally received her proper adjusted receipt yesterday. Please make sure that your sights are working this was a lot of hassle and extra work for your customers.

It was bot this locations fault but the first two pick up locations dis not have our truck on moving day. They sent us thirty miles away and then sent us to another one after that last minute. It was very stressful and the prices are way too high for moving trucks. What was great is the customer service from Angel and he did help us out. He was very friendly too. I dont like the location of this place as it's not in a safe neighborhood though.

I arrived at the location, and when I went inside I was told they had no truck for me and sent me to downtown San Bernardino (adding quite a few mikes, by the way). Then I discovered I was charged for the truck I never got, and my attempts at contacting customer service have been met with silence. No, I'm not happy with the service!

The gentleman who helped me at the register/counter was extremely helpful, polite, respectful and made me feel at ease. He was very knowledgeable and made this first time process extremely easy! The gentleman who helped me with my rental was also very knowledgeable, flexible, and patient as he answered questions and shared important information. Thank you guys!

The person at the counter was rude and uncaring. An old man at the front of the line had to pay a late fee to get something unlocked. This was at 10 am. He paid it and the guy said "Oh, I don't know where the key is so you'll have to come back around 12:30 when the other guy comes in so I can ask him." I got up there for my rental I booked a week before and he said "The company double booked this. I don't have anything for you." I said "why wouldn't you call me to tell me? I even booked a moving company through you." He said.. and I quote... "That's not my job to call you." Then he said it's not his problem as he didn't double book me. Then he offered me a small motorcycle trailer! I had no choice to take it since uhaul movers were coming!!

I was extremely upset at how filthy the cars were, I had to use an entire box of disinfectant wipes to clean the car. The car was full of dirt, old paper towels, and animal hair. The vehicle was supposed to be non-smoking but it reeked of smoke. Given the current pandemic we are in it is stated that all UHAUL vehicles are cleaned and sanitized and that is not the case at this location. The car also read low tire pressure and the employee stated that the vehicle was safe to drive. We also experience batter trouble.
