Very rude employees and disorganized

Leaves and sticks scattered across deck in truck Charged for blankets: Dirty blankets Scattered Charged for dolly: No Dolly in truck Charged for 2 days Charged (x2) for Safe Load Insurance after truck returned. Safe Load needed for day of usage. Not for next day other renter would be operating truck. 1/5 stars. Don't use. Personell operating location appear dazed and confused If In need for professional service do not reserve or use any vehicles at this location
PEDRO CI called this location after circling three times to find it and they told me they are economy rental not U-Haul. Very confusing
