The rental car company was terrible, I believe the gentlemens name was Adrian. Unhelpful, rude, and utterly useless.

The lady at the front was absolutely so unpleasant to deal with from the second i got there. I arrived early for my pickup and didn’t realize i could’ve went to the front of the line the whole time.. And when i walked up the lady in the front said my u-haul wasn’t ready and i was irritated because they make sure you are on time but they don’t even have the truck on site? I scheduled my Movers, a Tow truck to tow my personal Vehicle and my u-haul to all workout cohesively.. it took them 30’extra minutes to get my truck which caused me to miss 30’mins of my time with my movers and my tow truck driver to over charge me for waiting. The lady with the fake eyelashes that was working that day had a piss poor attitude she made it super unpleasant for me and made a comment to the man she called to get my truck saying she was probably a last minute reservation which i was not but even if so.. the reservation time is the time the car should be on the lot regardless. she was a very very rude disturbed individual and i did make a formal complaint to u-haul and this location! I hope something will be done to compensate for the waste of time and for me having to spend more money than i should have! Even if she needs a re coaching and an attitude adjustment. Moving is already very stressful especially moving counties by yourself as a female. she definitely made me have a lot more stress and ruined my morning. My precious u-haul experiences have been so pleasant i don’t know what was wrong with your team member

The 10ft uhaul I reserved was not available upon pick up. They offered to upgrade me to a 15 ft truck which was hard to maneuver and fit into the moving location. Furthermore, it took 25 minutes to check out of the location because of the change and I left the lot at 1:09 pm on 9/6. I then returned the truck at 1:01 pm on 9/7 and was charged for an entire additional day. I am planning to contact UHaul later today to seek a refund for the extra day charged and inquire about their guarantee if the vehicle reserved is not available upon arrival.

I reserved a Cargo Van. When I arrived, there was no cargo van available. There was a larger truck available, and I was told that I could either pay for the larger truck or I could not rent a vehicle at all. This is an odd way to do business, as it was not my fault that the cargo van wasn’t where it was supposed to be.

Honor the origination reservation. We had to go to three different locations before we finally were able to find the U-Haul that we reserved two days prior.

Better customer service. The service lady blamed me for her slow service stating she wont be able to process me because of all the mistakes i made. What mistakes your suppose to help. Needs customer service training

Truck Condition: Dirty. Leaves and sticks scattered across deck in truck Charged for blankets: Dirty blankets Scattered Charged for dolly: No Dolly in truck Charged for 2 days Charged (x2) for Safe Load Insurance after truck returned. Safe Load needed for day of usage. Not for next day other renter would be operating truck. 1/5 stars. Don't use. Personell operating location appear dazed and confused If In need for professional service do not reserve or use any vehicles at this location
