This is a drop location only and not a U-Haul franchise or the equivalent. The drop off procedures were nonexistent and I had to confirm with the gas station attendant that I was in the right place. He was helpful. I was told to park on the neighboring street and drop the keys back with him. I took video and pictures of the vehicle and the parking location. Bad on me is that I turned in the keys when I tried the online drop off. I was not able to upload the videos and pictures that I took. I was only allowed to take a picture. Kinda cumbersome.

First we didn’t have dolly that we ordered and customer service was not good.

Luis MTruck was missing the items (dolly and furniture pads) that I had requested. Had to move without them. Back of truck also had a pile of dirt in it from a previous user and wasn’t cleaned out when I picked up the truck. Smooth check in and out however.
