My original pickup location was City Heights. My order was updated the day before my move to a different location. When I called to ask why the pickup location was changed and if I could change it back for convenience I was told no, I could not. Fine. When I got to pickup the truck it wasn’t even there. It took an hour to try and get ahold of someone to find another truck for me, and I still had to drive to a third location to pick up. The cashier at this location added the Safe Move coverage without asking, so my total was higher than I was original quoted. I didn’t have time to argue because at that point my original pickup time was 9:30 AM and it was not almost 11 AM.

Why would you allow someone to rent a u-haul that is at empty? Forcing me to fill it before I leave ultra gas and paying extra gas that I did even need.
Saul JThis location was a simple drop off point, I would not recommend. The gas station owner was very rude. Was not helpful at all, and wouldn’t even let my family use the restroom. Even though he was letting other guest use it.

Dean MI reserved a 15 foot truck and was called the night before my rental and told it was not available and was given a 10 foot truck. This did was not large enough for my move and now I need to rent another truck to finish my move. This should be at no charge and I was only given a 10% discount for my future rental. I was also charged for additional miles which was due to the smaller truck and needing to make more trips. Unacceptable.
