The instructions said to leave the lock at the location with an attendant. This was a mobile pick-up so there wasn't an attendant and the man working at the gas station said he didn't take them.

The key was at the register instead of in the back of the truck. There were no key lockers like there normally are.

There was an issue picking up the truck due to the keys not being staged in the vehicle and we had to go to another location. Then, there were issues with the application not working that took an hour or so to sort out. Will use enterprise from now on
