Raul and friends displayed excellent costumer service. They were very polite, helped me with my reservation and even worked with me on a mistake I made on the online reservation tool. It was on last day of the month, with a high amount of reservations and I still got the truck I needed. The truck was clean and worked great. Great job, I would totally recommend this place to any of my friends and family.
JOAQUIN MThe person giving keys out was impossible. The air conditioner smelled funny. Flecks of dried paint in the back and got all over my cargo.
Matthew BThis is not a location issue, but U-Haul switched my pick up location and the only notice was an email no text or call though they were supposed to call the night before. The location for pick up was good and the employees were helpful. There was only 1/8 of a tank of gas in the vehicle, but the employee just said to take a picture of the gas tank and return it with the same amount of gas. We appreciated the information.
