The van had not been washed or cleaned… But I was only using it for an hour, so it didn’t bother me. Still very happy with my Rental.

Samuel SI mean it’s a U-Haul. I can’t expect much.. vehicle cab was dirty smelt like Stale smoke And returning was difficult. I do not want to download your app
CHRISTOPHER RThe app did not work properly at time of pick up. No matter how many pictures I took of the vehicle, it kept telling me I did not upload photos. At the time of drop off the app was working properly.
