attendant was not very helpful in the beginning. Claimed that there were no 15 foot trucks even though we saw one there. Told the Sea couldn’t do anything unless we downloaded the app and made a reservation on the app. Waited 25 minutes once the app was downloaded for a return. Call to get the process started. Had to phone customer service directly. Spoke to someone who was extremely helpful and waited on the line with us until the reservation was completed and there was a 15 foot truck for us after all suddenly. Once the reservation was made the attendant was very helpful but hit wasted 45 minutes of our moving time we had rented from this location before and walked in without a reservation and we’re on our way within 15 minutes. This time it was different.
