I was told to download the app. I did and tried to check out the van. It walked me through all the steps of entering info, then told me that "my contract" wasn't compatible with the 24/7 services, and to call customer support. This was dumb. The app should have told me to go inside and check out with the person at the counter. That's what customer service said after waiting to get through and get info, which wasted everyone's time. Then, when I went in, I had to re-enter all my information, including a new emergency contact because it wouldn't let me re-enter the same one I entered on the app. Again, a waste of time. Why was I told to download the app and use it when it wasn't available for "my contract"? Why didn't the app just tell me to go inside instead of calling customer support? It's a waste of customer support funds and time. After all the setup and check out was completed, the texts sent to me were clear, and the link steps were fairly clear. One part said to "check that the license plate number matched" but it did not list the license plate number or tell me where to find it online to match it to - that was stupid. The van wasn't "clean" per se but it was clean enough for a rental van that's used a lot. The van worked well and the pricing was fair and clear. The dolly I wanted wasn't available and they said they wouldn't charge me, and it looks like they didn't charge me, so that was nice, but I do wish the dolly was available since I listed it as part of my rental and wasn't told that it might not be available. While the initial check out was annoying and took 45 minutes, the driving, pricing, and return was good, clear, and easy. Someone should work on the check out flow to make this a 5 star experience.

The truck was clean but reaching the end of life in terms of transmission and hauling. We made it to our destination with no problems though.

Stephen SThe location was great. However, the app was very difficult to work with. It would not let me upload photos of the vehicle. The driver I added was not able to complete the required information successfully since the app was not letting him continue.
